Candice Dugger

Candice Dugger A multi-passionate entrepreneur, Candice left a successful career to build a life she loves homeschooling her sons and spending as much time on the water with her family and her son’s service dog as possible. In a house full of entrepreneurs, Candice understands the importance of a strong business plan and the resilience required to be successful as a small business owner. In the years since she started homeschooling, Candice has become an Author, Speaker, Consultant and a Trainer. In addition to Kids Business Academy, Candice runs the non-profit organization Bullied Broken Redeemed, where she and her team educate leaders, parents, coaches, teens, youth pastors, and more through workshops, workbooks, and 1:1 consulting. Additionally she helps families deal with the trauma of bullying and build the tools necessary to not only heal, but to be able to combat bullying. Candice is also the Vice President of the Home Educators of America which runs Reimagine Education Conference. Where she says, “I absolutely love showing families how they can use this form of education to prepare their child for the future. We live in a telecommuting world. Why not teach our children how to telecommute their education with top professors around the world?” Additionally she helps families navigate the public school to homeschool journey.

Jenn Warren

Jenn is a marketing strategist and pro-level designer for small businesses. She launched Crazy Dog Creative in 2007 when her daughter was born and fell in love with entrepreneurship. Jenn has always enjoyed working with small businesses and helping them share their messages with the world – crafting marketing pieces, billboards, designing tee shirts, and doing all the fun creative things. Jenn works with a variety of small businesses including both online and brick and mortar businesses. As her kids got old enough to start school Jenn started homeschooling them and the whole family enjoys the flexibility that homeschooling allows. In high school Jenn’s daughter has been able to pursue unique volunteering, take courses online that are specific to her interests and future career plans, and has started her own home-based business. Jenn’s son caught the entrepreneurial bug early – starting at five years old by cutting up cardboard boxes, putting them in grocery sacks, and asking Mom to list those on Craigslist. He was very excited to sell three puzzles – one to Dad, one to an Auntie, and one to a friend, but was disappointed that no one else wanted one of his “puzzles.” Now, as he’s entering his teen years he’s got bigger and better business ideas brewing too.
